Well I’m baaaack! It’s been 6 months since my last post! Did you wonder what in the heck happened to me? I can only imagine what you were thinking. Maybe just like the lyrics of the Train song “50 Ways to Say Goodbye”
She went down in an airplane
Fried getting suntan
Fell in a cement mixer full of quicksand
She met a shark under water
Fell and no one caught her
She was caught in a mudslide
Eaten by a lion
Got run over by a crappy purple Scion
She dried up in the desert
Drown in a hot tub
Danced to death at an east side night club

Fresh Herbed Yogurt Cheese

I love goat cheese, and almost every other kind of cheese you can think of, except blue cheese but I’m weird that way! Anyway, goat cheese is expensive so I decided to experiment with making my own. Then…..I changed my mind! Making your own cheese, of any kind is not difficult but does require some ingredients that are not readily available at my local Walmart, so I decided to put making “real” goat cheese on the back burner and take the easy way out for now. I found a recipe from Sara Moulton for this Fresh Herbed Yogurt Cheese and decided this was a good start. And I was right! This semi soft cheese spread is awesome!!!
