Cheesy Bacon Breakfast Pizza

Cheesy Bacon Breakfast Pizza

Who doesn’t love pizza? Everyone loves pizza! This Cheesy Bacon Breakfast Pizza is the perfect breakfast or brunch entrée. It only has 5 ingredients and with a pre made pie crust it is ready in a little more than 30 minutes! I like to prep the pie crust and bacon the night before so all you have to do in the morning is bake the crust while you are making the egg mixture. You can definitely use your imagination and change up the ingredients. Try using ham or sausage instead of the bacon and any cheese or combination of cheeses will work! You could even add sautéed onions or peppers. Fresh chopped tomatoes or green onions to garnish the top wold be a nice addition as well. Pre baking the crust insures that it bakes up crispy enough to be able to pick it up and eat it like a real piece of pizza. Kids will gobble up this breakfast pizza even if you can’t get them to eat eggs!  Serve it with some fresh fruit and you have an awesome breakfast that everyone will love!

Cheesy Bacon Breakfast Pizza

  • 1 9″ pie crust
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella – use any cheese you like
  • 6 strips of bacon- cooked – substitute chopped ham or cooked sausage
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 4 eggs

  • Preheat oven to 425 °
  • Roll out your pie crust to fit in a 12″ pizza pan. Be sure your crust goes all the way up the side of the pizza pan
  • Bake at 425 ° for 5 min
  • While your crust is baking cook your bacon. I like to fry mine but microwave is fine.
  • In medium bowl beat the sour cream with the eggs
  • When your crust comes out sprinkle with the cheese and top it with the bacon
  • Carefully pour the egg mixture over the top spreading it evenly to the edge. Don’t let it go over the edge of the crust or it will stick to the pan.
  • Bake at 425 ° for 25 minutes
  • Cut into wedges
