Jalapeño Cilantro Lime Ranch Dip

Jalapeño Cilantro Lime Ranch Dip

This dip has a big name because it has big flavor! The cream cheese, mayo, sour cream and ranch seasonings are kicked up about 10 notches by 3 of my favorite things! Jalapeño, cilantro and lime!!

Anytime you combine jalapeño, cilantro and lime you have a winner. This dip is light, refreshing and is perfect with veggies and chips and my Tex-Mex Wings!  Recipe coming soon!

Make this Jalapeño Cilantro Lime Ranch Dip for your next get together, whether it’s a tailgate or a holiday party, everyone will love it!

*Turn this recipe into a fabulous Cilantro Lime Ranch salad dressing by eliminating the jalapeños and adding milk until you get the desired consistency you prefer for salad dressing

Jalapeño Cilantro Lime Ranch Dip

  • 3 ounces cream cheese – room temperature
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • 5-6 small or 2-3 large jalapeños – seeds and stems removed (unless you want more heat)
  • 1 large handful of fresh cilantro leaves – most of the big stems removed
  • 3-4 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • In a food processor puree the jalapeños and cilantro
  • In medium bowl with mixer blend cream cheese, mayo, sour cream and ranch seasoning until smooth
  • Add the pureed jalapeño and cilantro and mix until well combined
  • Stir in the lime juice to taste
  • Chill for several hours to develop the flavors – in fact it is way awesomer (is that even a word??) the next day so make it the night before if you you can!
  • Serve with assorted veggies or chips! (and the Tex-Mex Wings I will be posting soon!)
  • Serves #6-8
